The market continues growing from strength to strength. To give you an example, last week (mid Ramadan) there were 3,035 transactions recorded at the Dubai Land Department totalling AED10.8 billion ($3 billion). Of that number, 2,261 were ready apartments and villas totalling AED5.11 billion. The top 3 sales of last week were AED 82m, 57m and 55m on Palm Jumeirah.

Espace Real Estate, one of the leading brokerages in Dubai, witnessed a 43% increase in buyer applications in March 2023 compared to March 2022. Furthermore, apartment prices have increased 11.2% and villa prices have increased 13.6% since February 2022.
